Agilist by nature, I always look for the best part in each process/framework, put it all in the “pan” and cook something really effective, efficient and ready to use. My deep experience in several disciplines of software development gives me a unique and privileged vision on how all those pieces fit together.
RUP, Scrum, XP, DAD are some of the process and frameworks that are part of my “recipe”.

I’m a natural born team player and I deeply believe in friendship and partnership as a foundation for any team or project’s success. My motto is simple: “We are all in this together”. I consider myself a leader and I get all the joy and happiness by conquering respect and admiration from those who surround me as the result of my work. Basically, I lead by action and example.

I’m always trying to improve and broaden my skills. I like to share my knowledge and experience to get that felling that I’m also helping someone to improve their skills. I also like to see an expert in action and try to “drink” all the knowledge that he has to share, whatever it’s purely technical or human.
